I'd say Wheels Up/Gama and DPJ seem a lot more solid and their schedules more family friendly. But that's my outsider view. Personally I'd look a lot closer at 121 flying since terms and upgrade times are improving.

That seems to be the general consensus, and we are losing a lot of guys back to 121. As far as work rules, technically this place has gotten 100% better due to the implementation of legal rest periods. We actually have the union to thank for SEVERAL major improvements in QOL. However, the major issue at hand these days is compensation and schedule. The biggest thing we have seen happen is the drastic increase in workload. They are running the absolute crap out of us due to people leaving, and parking a bunch of the fleet. The amount of effort required just isn't equal to the reward.

Just saw Piedmont first year is up to 60k. Looks like there are going to need to be some improvements when a 1st year regional FO is paying the same as a 1st year CA, and you have 4 day trips.

Incentive pay was just raised to 600/400. Why not raise everyones pay, not just the scumbags that want to work extra and benefit at the expense of the pilot group?

Your credibility drops when you resort to name calling. And why would you fault someone for picking up trips: everyone's situation is different, and who are you to judge their needs, desires, or motivations?

We get it that you don't like TMC. All of your posts about the company are negative, and your message has been received. Again and again. It's time to give it a rest.

No, its time for the TMC pilots to receive adequate compensation.

There's no way that the new fuel incentive might cause tension between crew members. Way to go guys, another horrible idea.
