First year Salary is $40,000 and .07 Cents for every mile they fly, if they fly 400 hours they would make about $51,000 in the first year. We have an 18 days on and 12 days off schedule. We have Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. We have a 401k as well.

And, if you aren't getting your fill of Delta airlining, you get travel benefits (limitations apply) for you and your family. At TMC, you get a participation trophy that the IRS is going to take so much of, you'll never notice it.
I may have also misheard this, but I'm told they have bypass pay. If that's true, I'd be over there beating their door down if I were one of the many FOs bypassed at TMC.
