In case you haven't noticed we've been trying to be as candid as possible to dissuade anyone who hasn't already wrecked their flying career with bad life choices from coming here. BUT if you're coming from a 91 job at your home airport you're gonna think this place is GRRRRRREAT!!!!!

There are a lot of better options out there right now. I'd exhaust those first. If you have any specific questions, send me a PM.

If you can do the regional thing, go there. Throw a dart at a list and pick one. Pay is 10k+ better from year one. Benefits are better (depends on the company).

DPJ pay is only slightly better initially, but captain pay (when you upgrade) will be better than captain pay at TMC. Benefits: about the same or better than TMC.

Via Airlines is hiring. FO and Captain pay is better than anything first year at TMC. Similar schedule. Home basing (sorta).

I hope all the pilots find another job soon. This is a good time to be a pilot because you can go anywhere and don't have to deal with companies like this. Any word of how many are getting laid off?

I'm curious as to what has the IBT 1108 questioning Flight Options about TMC?
They are inquiring Flight Options Management as to the Nextents and Citation X's supposed to be going to TMC? Has anyone seen Ricci or his elfs nosing around there?
