And then the whole lot rolled into Ricci's operation. How else are they going to staff the nextants and the 10s? Pilots are dropping like flies, and they are making ZERO effort to retain them, as well as making ZERO headway towards the contract. Phildo is a mergers and acquisitions guy.... wait for it

Recently sent in resume. To their credit I received a phone call in about 1 week. Had a very nice and in depth phone interview & was told to e-mail them some dates I could fly in for an interview. Provided several dates for an interview, have heard nothing since. Called back & sent some e-mail's asking about interview status. No reply. I have all the flight hours, experience, & education they require. Maybe if a merger is in the works, all hiring might have stopped.

A merge is bound to happen, they've aready shifted a "revenue manager" from XO to Elkhart. They can only fire people and create more BS top tier positions for so long. Given the amount of cancellations due to broken a/c and less than 10 a/c that are fully functional, the dark side is coming. How's that for transparency
