Scheduling Software?

Ok...going out on a limb here, but would anyone have any access to some scheduling software? I have access to FOS but cant really manipulate anything.

Bottom line is, we have seen a drastic decrease in the quality of the schedules at the company, purely due to management incompetence and I'm looking at different staffing solutions. Pencil and paper is fairly tedious.

I know its a strange item to post, but any help would be awesome!

You may want to check your ops specs first. Our ops specs do not allow the use of scheduling software. Why? I don't know, but it's in the book. We a company putting together a scheduling program for us, but we canceled the plan after reviewing our ops specs and talking to the FSDO.
