Also have active Secret clearance. Wondering if a worthwhile candidate even if my last aircraft flight was 10 yrs ago?

There are other ISR operators out there besides L3/Dynamic/MAG fellas. Leidos and CAT are both hiring.

So question. Obviously PIC recruiting for these ISR companies etc. is an ongoing continuous process. As for the SIC positions I see those come and go as needed with a few popping up recently. Has anyone been successful applying for the SIC positions and what were your qualifications? I know minimums are just that but I'm trying to get a feel for what is realistically competitive at this point.

Anyone have any insight into Erickson’s OCONUS fixed wing operations?

Pay/locations/rotation schedule?

What’s the daily rate breakdown for these different companies. I flew four years for Avenge....and miss the mission.

I was sitting on 1400+ w/500+ME. Others were hired with less.

Did you or the other individuals hired have a security clearance already?

I applied and was hired with an active clearance.

The others, I don’t know.

Correction: What I was trying to say was my clearance was good through the entire hiring process.

Security Clearance is dependant on the company and contract. Best bet is to apply and see what happens.
Some companies will hire folks with no clearance and can deploy them to certain spots with interim secret clearances. Some companies won't take 30 minutes to write a memo requesting DHS transfer clearance details to DoD.

Pay is always dependant upon company and work location, but PIC supposedly is up to around $900 a day depending on the company; if the contract was underbid by $20 million though, I'm not sure how pay and benefits at certain companies will keep pace.

Some companies will deploy you from El Paso in coach on Omni, some will now buy you a Business Class seat.
