L3. Best pay, stability, and business class travel (in theory), good benefits package. Dynamic always seems to lag behind in raises the last 3+ years. Although if you are given the Dash 8 at Dynamic that is probably more comfortable to fly, at least to get in and out of, and they let you wear tan flight suits instead of jean's and polos.

Neither. We fly under DCMA 8210. That probably means nothing to you, or most of the folks flying oconus for that matter, but it is not standard civil flying.
For the King Air, per federal regulation (DoD not FAA) two pilots are required. The PIC is whoever has been designated as such and scheduled for a specific flight, regardless of who the PF and PNF is. We operate in a crew coordinated environment and there is never a "sole manipulator" of the flight controls as the PNF has clearly defined responsibilities to manipulate the power levers and AP / FD.
Plan on 600 total hours per year, half as PIC, half as SIC.

Saw a couple SIC postings from a company a couple months back, thought they said they wanted 500TT minimum for these...
I’m about to finish up flight school with my AMEL/CFII/MEI and about 240 hours TT. Prior service (AF) non-rated, I believe an out of scope Secret until 21’, college degree.
1) If I meet the TT mins am I competitive for an SIC position with such low time?
2) Do these companies have recruiting reps I can start reaching out to so they at least know I’m interested and highly motivated to get one of these positions?

How realistic is it to bypass the regionals by doing a couple years of ISR with L3 and are there opportunities to grow with L3 and make a career with them as a pilot that would be better pay and time off wise than going to a major or major cargo operation like FedEx or UPS.
