As far as pay goes...that is what this site is for...it says in the Empire profile page. Are you actually the pilot, or is your name as it suggests an actual nagging pilot's wife?

I, the wife registered. I let hubby use this last night to ask a few questions. He only has about 5 days off a month and works 12-14 hour shifts so he won't be posting a lot. I only showed him the forums didn't think to show him the website.

The Cessna's have a single pilot at Empire don't they?

If they're a decent airline it seems like it'd be a pretty good deal, to get a taste of cargo flying earlier...

The Cessnas are single pilot with Empire. They pay is descent enough for PIC positions. The SIC pay isn't terrible either - sure beats going to a regional. From what I gathered, many routes are outbound in the AM, back home in the PM with an all day layover at destination.

Sounds like a terrific company to work for, which means that employees tend to stick around. Captain upgrades on the heavier equipment takes a while and getting the base you want probably isn't going to happen for a few years either.
