I went to work at Acc right out of college with the same mind set. As soon as I got my ATP, 1000 tpic I started applying to the majors. 12 years later I have been told that my resume is not competitive enough yet because I'm going against people with 121, glass, tpic jet. I fly a small biz jet now still doing 135. I would suggest going regional and toughing it out for the extra year or two if you want to fly for the big dogs. PS, the shorts was a pretty cool plane to fly : ) good luck-

ACC is a Part 135 Operator, not Part 121
Lines are not commutable (due to schedule)
