They posted an ad on Feb 9th looking for a Lear 40 F/O to be based at PBI probably at Galaxy FBO. They wanted 3000 TT, 2,000 PIC, 1500 MEL.
Good Luck.

Good Luck.
And was there mention of the pay they were offering for such experience for an FO position?

I was kinda thinking along the same lines....unless they are offering a heck of a package for those times, to get someone in the right seat at that experiance is going to be tough.

Fairwinds is certified Platinum by ARG/US. It is the highest rating and requires higher than "standard" minimums. But they're probably not quite that high.

However, I wouldn't expect Fairwinds is offering great pay or a great package. Furthermore, the schedule probably offers little quality of life. But it's an employers' market. And it will stay that way for some time to come. I'm sure they are able to fill the position without having to lower the requirements.

No, there was no mention of pay in the ad.

It is what it is, QOL for me does suffer slightly, I'm always on call (90 min) and there is no schedule. Spent 26 days on the road and when I got home had my required 10hrs rest then right back on call. But there is alot of flying. And for me I just try and be thankfull that I have a job. Think that some of the bigger 135 outfits here in FL are a little better than the mom & pop ones.

Not necessarily... South FL charter is a very strange deal. There's a couple of good operators, but for the most part they all abuse the crap out of their pilots.
