How much should someone expect to make as an SIC flying jets for Part 135? I know if varies by size and operator, but just looking for ballpark numbers. Thanks

Go over to the corporate forum and there is a sticky for the 2012 Pro Pilot Salary results. Included are low/high/average pay rates for CA/FO and 91/135. Use those numbers otherwise your question's answer varies from $40K-$140k.

I know of a certain 135 operator in Dallas/Addison paying FOs $17k on King Airs and CJs. I thought the guy was joking when he told me. Nothing like raising the bar!

Thanks guys...I'm currently in the right seat of an RJ and looking into 135 stuff for options. Not that I'm unhappy where I'm at, but looking to work more into the corporate world and figure a 135 gig is a good way to start networking and such, or could possibly find a career in it.

When I was flying 135 Lears in the right seat I made 24k and 28k the two years I did it which was 2009-10.

sounds like rates are going down! I got $30k salary for a King Air or $200/day contract work. Back in '98-2000.

135 Freight, a bit better than the regionals. 30-40K ish If you are lucky enough to get a gig with a fractional 40-50K ish

Default SIC Part 135 Jet Salary

When I was a 135 freight FO flying a turboprop I made $26k my first yr. I upgraded right at that yr mark and was making just under $50k as a second yr 135 freight CA.
