Not even in the same category.

Mok is also a 2 pilot crew and will hire you as SIC with a wet CPL, Westair wants 1000TTL for the right seat. That right seat pays $56k/yr - not $111k. With 1000TTL there are many options, with 250 - not so much. Mok also has a flow through to Skywest. Westair? 18 months after starting with Mok you're in the right seat of an ERJ. 18 months after starting with Westair, you're in the left seat of a Pilatus. To state it's a "much better deal" is painting with a pretty broad brush. It really depends on where you are and where you want to go.

So enlighten me young padwans.....explain to me how going from a fresh CPL to the right seat of an ERJ in a year and a half is now frowned upon? I've only been in the industry for 40 years, so maybe I'm missing something. Btw, my wife is currently 90% through the process, with a class date at OO.

I'm all ears......

Also an instant hire policy if you're a girl who looks good in bikini photos and has a strong Instagram following.

Check out the Southern Air Express thread. They have put all new hire SIC training on hold until January so the August new-hires will get online in February. Essentially they've been on Per Diem for almost six months and have logged zero time. Seriously, you're better off going CFI, you'll get to Skywest much quicker!

Post Saab 340 pic

Mokulele has a Climb posting looking for SAAB 340 PICs. Posting says "500 hours PIC in type." Anyone know if they are having luck finding people that meet that requirement, or a possibility that it gets waved? Thanks.
