Regional or DPJ? Have an opportunity to interview with DPJ but it took about 3 months to hear back, and i accepted a position with a regional since. I was told all indoc classes this year were full, and it may be spring before they could get me in? Any thoughts?

General question: what is driving your interest in DPJ and 135 flying? I understand not everyone wants to go the airline route. Could be wrong, but I think starting pay at some of the better regionals is higher (includes signing bonus). Hope you picked a regional with a flow slot to a major - that's a pretty good deal in my book.

Well I have been flying corporate part 91 the last 5 years as a contract. I like the 8 on 6 off, but I'm not 30 years old yet so I feel like if I went to a regional for a few years eventually a major would more than likely consider me

Been a minute since this thread had any activity... What aircraft make up DPJ's core fleet compared to turnkey/managed aircraft? If someone is assigned a spot in the Excel out the gate, are they seat locked into that aircraft for the remainder of their time or are they able to bid into the X and Sovereign?

I've skimmed back a few pages, but I didn't see it. Is there really a 2 year training contract?

Default New Pay Scale?

Multiple DPJ crews have told me that a new pay scale is going to drop at the end of the year, but they've both told me slightly different information. Anyone have access to what the new pay scale is going to be and willing to post it here?

Thanks!

Yes, that seems to be accurate. I'm waiting on an interview at CVG and that was some of the info given to me thus far. Seems like most 135 places have those now.

Do the larger airframes cross the Atlantic or do any other type of international flying? Also, what does the 401k company match look like?

Default Average day at Delta Private Jet

Can a current Delta Private Jet Pilot tell me what an average 8 day trip looks like. PM me if you want. What is QOL at Delta Private, rotations, maintenance of aircraft, etc. Thanks in advance.

One place to start is to look at airborne aircraft and look at their previous flights:

I've talked to a few crews on the XL fleet (a core fleet) and they sound pretty busy - maybe average 3-4 legs per day give or take.
