Thanks
You can request via the fleet manager to be rotated off/on tour into any crew base, but it's strictly schedule and logistics permitting, and any additional cost incurred over sending you to your own base is your responsibility.

Sick calls are via the fleet mgr/Ops. I believe it's 5 sick days a year but don't quote me on that. Not entirely sure when vacation accrual increases past 8 days. Vacation is now also use it or lose it as far as I know.

That commercial is kind of disappointing. It seemed like it was made by a second rate advertising agency.

I would have thought they would have had a better advert.

Any update on bases? What are the latest bases available? Also as I understand it it's 100% medical coverage, is that for everything? Or is co-pays and coinsurance extremely high? Does it cover your whole family? Also if you have a live-in girlfriend/domestic partner? And is there pay longevity? Vacation accrual?

Medical has copay, but they aren't that high. Company pays 100% of the premiums for everyone you have on your account.
Only 1 tour of vacation, which turns into 3 consecutive weeks when you take it.
No payscale yet, but we get a couple percent boost every year. There are no junior bases, for one because we are hybrid home based, 2nd reason is cause there is no published seniority list. No commuting, gather all the points/miles.
8-6 schedule.

How many WU/Gama King Air 350s now have ProLine Fusion? 20%? Will all new K350s have PL Fusion going forward?

Any initial impressions from pilots flying the Fusion so far?

About ¼ of the fleet is Fusion now. All future deliveries on the books are Fusion, unless Textron goes in another direction.

I've got about 120 hours on Fusion. It's promising, and there are a few things it does really well as far as presenting information that you simply couldn't get on the PL21. There are still rough edges, though. All in all, I enjoy flying it, but I could take it or leave it in a crunch.

So Kenny dichter had a luncheon in Wichita, KS and stated they've acquired 73 airplanes through textron so far. He then went on to say he has a vision to acquire 1000 total, is this him being dramatic or is that even remotely possible?

Wheels Up's Kenny Dichter's vision for Textron Aviation is ?1,000 airplanes? | The Wichita Eagle
