every pilot from 300 to 1200 hours that is trying to avoid the cfi (real work)is thinking. where do i sign?

With all the bad press and incidents recently regarding BTQ it may hurt you more than help getting your hours there. Especially if you jumped on board knowing their track record. This is a small industry and it doesn’t seem that BTQ is trending towards a good reputation.

“real work”? CFI is definitely not for everybody... Totally okay

actually its not ok at all. considering how far the standard has slid. everyone should join the military but they cant im sure that is "totally ok" and then look where we are as a country. hmmmm...

Not everyone can join the military, even as a private. Too many criminal records, drug addictions, lack of a high school diploma, and mental issues. Ask a recruiter, about one in three they have to refuse.
