Any chances that they will be opening up a base in California? Trying to change careers late this year or early next year.
Also - for the current Boutique pilots, are most of the legs 135 or do some fall under part 91? Just trying to gauge how much time the SIC can actually log?
Thanks in advance!

I was unaware that the SIC could log time when operating on a part 91 leg since there is no regulation that mandates the company to have two pilots in the cockpit when operating under part 91. I remember a conversation that I had with my DPE when working on my commercial on this specific topic. She could've been wrong though. Thank you for the response it is mostly greatly appreciated.

If the SIC is the pilot flying, it is certainly loggable. And of course, if the company requires two pilots under its controlling documents (OPSPECs, GOM, etc), it is loggable.

Three phone interviews
Chief pilot, assistand chief and DO
Training is 3 days of ground, 6 hours of flight training for SICs than you get the 135 checkride. Stalls, steep turns, maneuvers, approaches and landings. This is for SIC, pic there is a lot more.
Great people, really nice possitive experience. Health insurance is paid by the company. Bases are going to be PHX,ABQ,DEN,DFW, and either LAX or LAX for the new awarded cities.
They are taking over cities from Great Lakes, pay is good, much better than most small 135 carriers.
24,000 for SIC and 60,000 for PIC
You're welcome. Lol

Don't do it
Stay away from Boutique Air. If you want very specific details PM me.
They are growing way too fast and are out of their depth.
Fast growth. It feels good while it happens and leaves a bad taste for a long time afterward.
And if you know a community looking for EAS service, tell them to think twice or more about their choices.

I Don't have much to complain about. Don't get why people on here are talking so much trash about the company.Maybe I'm just glass half full.

I define trash-talking as unsubstantiated.
I've already shared with several people via PM and would be happy to do more if a constructive conversation can be had.
I will change my previous hard-line advice to this:
Be extremely clear on what questions need asking before you accept employment with this company. And don't accept the company as your sole source of information.
