Do not apply
For those of you considering Boutique, I warn you. This is not a good place to build time, you will have no benefits, no paid time off, no 401K and certainly a poor quality of life. The FO pay is less than 26K/year and captains 36K. The management only aims to take from you and you will be putting yourself behind by even thinking about coming here. This company will be belly up in no time flat. Go anywhere else. I beg you. Their planes are clapped out PC-12’s. You will risk your certs if you fly here. The DO is a joke, the CEO is oblivious and pilots are leaving in mass numbers. DO NOT APPLY. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. This is the beginning of the end for BTQ.

while you’re not wrong, the majority of the current pilot group has fulfilled their obligation to the contract and can jump ship anytime.

Even if you can cough up that kind of money, its bad practice to walk out on your 'word'. I heard about an Aviate pilot getting dropped from the program for not fulfilling a commitment to his employer, in case good morals arent enough to dissuade anyone from jumping ship early..
