I've got a friend who flies there, and he's relatively happy.
He used to fly for a top tier 135 and has no major complaints with Alante. So I doubt it's all bad.

It may be ok for your friend , however my wife was severely sexually harassed , slandered and fired without cause ! I am glad your friend enjoys it there , but my wife is devastated
