Cloud Counter is completely correct about EJ. Talked to EJ pilots counting the days till their training contract expires. That says it all!

Seriously it's not half bad.
Segrave operation yes.
Decent enough airplanes.
Trouble getting people to stay and they haven't hired the brightest.
Latest news I got was 25-35hrs a month from a buddy who just left.
Good hotels, Marriott and Hilton mostly.

[QUOTE=HwkrPlt;1861678]Anyone know about these guys? They are looking for Excel PIC's and FO's.

The worst company ever!! I left a few months after being hired!!!! This company should be shut down.
This place is great if you want to work on your emergency procedures!
Cabin depressurization at FL450
Engine failure on taxiway,
landing gear issues, the list goes on and on...
STAY AWAY!!!!

Some of that is/was pilot error...you know that....
They had pilots that had all the 'troubles' and they had pilots that never had any 'troubles'.

You just have to be realistic.
It's not the greatest company but it's not the worst either.
It's one of these places where you stay some time, gain the experience and move on.
Nobody said it's a place to retire, unless you're already 70.
It all boils down to expectations.
Maintenance was never unsafe. It was all done at Cessna Service Centers as the tails stay on the road.
If it's legal you were expected to go..bottom line.
My only complaint? Not enough flight time, 1000 in two years. Would have liked that to be 1500, color me purple and call me crazy.
If I got furloughed I'd go back without thinking twice about it.

Default It Ain't That Bad!

I just left there a few months ago because I got a job paying a lot more. Yeah, the pay ain't that great but I never saw a big problem with the airplanes or maintenance. The chief pilot probably should retire but overall the company is not bad at all.

If you care about your safety or your certificates, you will stay far away from Exclusive jets. When the FAA does a ramp check on any of their aircraft, there will be certifications revoked or suspended. I flew with captains that have zero stick and rudder skills. None could hold a Vref within 20 knots, makes for an exciting landing in a CJ on a 4000 ft runway and mains touch halfway down the runway, and crosswind landings are just plain comical. Also if you like flying aircraft outside of limitations, Exclusive is the place for you. Go to *************.com and you will get more detailed info on Exclusive jets.

HP,
No doubt you have to watch your back like with so many operations but nobody can force you to accept the airplane or to go fly.

Also if you like flying aircraft outside of limitations
I can't vouch for others but as PIC I never flew an airplane outside of limitations.
Problem is you have one dipstick that does and now dispatch and management gets 'confused'.
Pretty standard 135 phone conversation:

"...can you or can you not fly this airplane"
"I can but I won't"
"Well pilot Joe Blow says he will"
"Go call him back and give him they trip because I'm not doing it"

Easier said then done but that's kinda the gist of it.

Guys, I see a lot of responses like this but if this is truly taking place, why doesnt somebody do something before there is an incident? washing your hands of it and walking away isn't appropriate if safety is in jeopardy.

Because some people don't have rich parents and need to eat and have a bed.
