That's a huge copout and extremely short sighted.

I'm guessing you've never been poor before...

If you have pilot ratings then I would venture to say you cannot be what I would consider poor. Unless you are over the hill, age wise, then there are a plethora of jobs available. Airlines are hiring in droves with only the minimums for flight requirements. I respectfully would question your decision making ability to fly either bad aircraft or anything contrary to safety just to get a paycheck. I find it hard to believe that anyone has such a lack of consideration for their own life and the lives if their pax to not stand against these apparent deficiencies.

Yeah, I've been poor. I work 3 jobs now. It doesn't justify breaking rules and regulations that could potentially end my career, or kill someone, including myself, especially when there are so many jobs out there.

flyExclusive is an excellent company. We are lessor known because we serve a niche market and do very little direct marketing. There are 22 Excels and CJ2s in the fleet that stay very busy.

Every employee I have enteracted with is excitied about working here.
QOL is excellent. Good hotels, above average Per Deim, 100% health (employee only), pilots continuously receive pay increases, and not a peep from company other than an occasional email on six days off between eight day rotations.

Experienced leadership, company growing exponentially.

It says the company is located in Kinston, NC? Is that the same for most pilots? i live only 25 mins from there so it would make that commute a lot better then my 5 hour ORD 121 commute.
