I've met a handful of the Dynamic folks, and most of the management involved with this new deal. They seem like a really good group of guys, with an excellent emphasis on safety. Appear to have a fairly low turnover, too. If I wanted to leave Alaska they would be very high on my list.

I had a phone interview yesterday. Heading to Bridgewater in two weeks for Sim and HR. I was told they would bring me on as a Captain, this is the information I collected.
Capt pay $55k to start
5-on/2-off
All day trips with AM & PM shifts
700-900 flying hrs a year
Full benefits - Med, dental, Vision, Life

Edit: Also they will reimburse cost for the interview minus food. So tickets, hotels, car rentals... Just save receipts and submit them.

My Experience
ATP DHC-8/CL-65
3200TT
2350 Multi
1680 TurboProp

Can you confirm aircraft type for new hires? KA350 or KA200? What about 1900D?

Yes, it's BE20s (200s) with executive cabins. The B190, also with executive cabins, will be online in February 2016.

$55k for PIC's? Ouch.....especially if you're based in HPN.

And Boston. 55K before taxes, and cost of living. $1500 for a 1 BR.

Too bad it isn't a computable job. I'd be on it.
