Default Any 135 jobs in Houston area?

Howdy All,

Anyone know of any 135 jobs in the Houston area? I have 5000TT 4900PIC and eight years flying 135 single pilot.

Thanks in advance,
John

Try GTA Air. They are based out of Lancaster, TX but fly routes in and out of Hobby everyday.

GTA called me to come to class back in 2005. Their offer... $1000 per month! But they did say they had pilot apartments at each of their bases, so you'd have that going for you! I'm sure I would have easily been able to qualify for food stamps and other government assistance.

I suppose that there will always be someone out there willing to take these job that are the equivalent of "pay to fly", so there will always be operators out there looking to exploit others for their own financial gain... and the financial ruin of the pilots who are just trying to further themself in this "profession".

Wow! now that's low wages! I thought it would be a lot higher than that.

I believe in 05 pilots were paid by the number of various aircraft they were checked out on. In 06, GTA had a great Chief Pilot that got a substantial pay increase for line pilots based on longevity. The mosty of the new hires last March have stayed for the year commitment.

Talking I have something I'm working on out of Houston

Interested in talking to Part 135 certified pilots out of the Houston area who have aircraft, or access to aircraft for a project I am working on with my same day courier service. please give me a call at 281-935-4048, or visit our website- www.lonestardeliveryonline.com to contact us. I am not a huge operation, but If you are certified, I can offer all expenses covered, a chance to log more hours, and work that will fit in so you don't have to loose your day job! 2 flights a night, Sugarland to San Antonio.

Thanks- Chris
