Well, that name sounds familiar. I hope whoever has been getting that money, worked hard for the client.

As others have said, brokers are telling the passengers that tips are included in the price.

If you want tips, deliver pizzas. Tips are always nice, but never expected.

The only surprise is that it took them this long to figure it out, given that charter brokers evolved from lawyers by way of used car salesmen and protazoa.

Why did God invent charter brokers?
- So used car salesmen would have someone to look down on.

What's the difference between a charter broker and a mosquito?
- One is a blood sucking parasite, the other is an insect.

Why did New Jersey get all the toxic waste and Florida get all the charter brokers?
- New Jersey got to pick first.

Why do they bury charter brokers 20 feet below ground?
- Because deep down they are really good people.

What do charter brokers and sperm have in common?
- A 1 in 250 million chance of becoming a human being.

Good stuff guys thanks. I knew I smelled a rat. A big hairy one at that. In the form of broker or owner. It's nice to know we are all being ripped off by the owners of our companies. Just another revenue stream for them, I guess. As far as the waiter, delivery man comments. Well, go drive a cab. We all are limo drivers in the sky. Limo drivers get tips. Period

Deliver pizzas? How about delivering affluent human beings?

I didn't read anywhere in this thread that anyone said they expected a tip, just the question as to why they aren't handed out as often as they used to be.

My point exactly Das Auto. I do not expect. However, I certainly do not trust the parasite that is a broker. Let alone the slippery owners. Just is shameful. At least a con man has some ethics. P 135 seems to lack all morals. Geez

We don't ever expect it, but it is very nice when it happens.

Although this is not the first I heard of brokers taking the "pilot tip" money.
