Cape Air Interview
I an interview scheduled for Cape Air Jan. 6th and was wondering what the interview would consist of? I am already impressed with the company, I applied yesterday and got an interview scheduled today. I would also like to know about pay, bid systems QOL. This will be my first aviation job outside of Part 91 flying.

Make our customers happy and have a good time doing it! I think I will love it if I get hired there, I love working with people and since their seats are so close they will get to see how we fly and then after the flight if they had question i'd be glad to answer them

This. A cockpit with a door is a wonderful thing. I'm sorry, but I'm not a tour guide. However, I will say every Cape Air pilot I spoke to had a good personality. Very upbeat and wants to be there. There's something about that Mocha Hagotdi spirit. Or, it might be their own special blend of coffee..

Updating my experience. Got the job as FO for a fall '16 class date. Contract has changed to a 1 yr or $30k thing. CA has been loosing around 80% of new trained FOs right when they hit 1500 TT. So this is obviously why the contract. Besides, 1 year goes by really fast and well the pay will certainly be low almost everywhere. So if you hang in there for a year then you'll be fine.
