West Air

Does anyone have any updated information (QOL, pay, etc.) on this company?

From what I've read they seem to be a good company to work for.

Thanks in advance!

Hello I saw you said you work at West air. I was wondering what the schedule and pay is also is getting picked up by FedEx from there Common? I'm flying 135 in the 208 single pilot I recently started the job so I'm only at about 650 hours but flying about 60 a month so I should be at minimums at least by the end of next summer i welcome any info or advice you might have thank you

MedHawk and LoDrag,

I worked there several years ago and I had a bad experience with them. I know of other ex-West Air pilots also with bad memories of the company.

Here is a thread the company started not too long ago.

I mentioned in that thread not to take the Bakersfield run. If you think you want to work for that company, you need to ask them why Bakersfield gets all the swaps to Fresno whereas the Bishop and San Luis Obispo pilots always get the afternoon off.
