135 FP/Dispatch/W&B/Tracking software?
 

What's the latest and greatest for a small (2-plane) charter outfit for an all-inclusive software package that does it all?

I'm familiar with Arinc, (okay but not very modern), and fltplan.com, (okay for flight planning but no W&B or crew/plane tracking options). Is there a better option that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, or that is scalable as far as paying per pilot or per plane?
Preferably cloud based with nice iPhone and iPad companion apps.
