Default Mcneely Charters

Anyone fly for McNeely or have any updated personal insight on them? Offering 30k and 800-1000hrs a year flying the Metroliner out of Laredo. Health benefits also provided

I ran into them a few times on the road when I flew freight. Don't have much first hand info but with this industry that kind of pay and work load that would send me to the funny farm. You could do better.

Thanks for the help. It's a time building gig as I'm graduating from school in May. Great place with great people that take care of each other. They know their place in regards to us coming in and heading out after our year contract is up.

Marginal ops and equipment, with poor mx, where everyone takes a good care of each other....to stay alive! Shows an history of gear up landing (NTSB). Based in Memphis on the country side. Avoid like Windshear.

Saw an idiot from their company try to unfeather a prop with a tow bar when the prop locks didn't catch on his metro. I would say their training is sub par, based in this alone.

Watched a McNeely crew that was in such a rush that they started the #1 engine with the cabin door open. They've taken off with the tail stand still attached. Pilots wear gym clothes.
