Do we know that it is a 135 operation?

I always wondered the same thing about Via with their EMB-120's.

It is scheduled by Jetsuite and tickets are sold through them. But Jetsuite will not actually be operating the flights. They set up a secondary company that will be flying the 135's under Pt135 and Jetsuite will "charter" the aircraft from them on a daily basis.

You can do scheduled operations under Part 135 in aircraft, including turbo jets, with 30 seats or fewer. They are flying the EMB135's on a different certificate than the Phenoms and CJ's - one that has authorization for common carriage.
