Contour Aviation / Onejet
Well, since they seem to be growing.
I know they have 5 BE-400's, reducing down to 4 but adding the CJ4 out of MKE. Is the CJ4 being staffed by Contour? Never saw any job postings for it. Will the CJ's replace the entire BE-400 fleet eventually?
The ERJ's I know are mostly going to be based out of PIT with one in BUF. This is what I'm mainly interested in.
Have they announced internally how the schedules will be with the ERJ?
Does Contour provide 401k matching? How is their vacation accrual?
I would like any and all information, the good bad and the ugly.

They do now have 401k match, but I’m not sure what it is. Contour is a great company to work for. They took really good care of me and I would still be there had I not found a better opportunity elsewhere.

Actually Walker that’s not correct. MCN is fully staffed and OneJet FO ranks have openings primarily due to upgrades and some people choosing to transition to the ERJ. I’m only aware of one OneJet FO that’s left for a regional in the past few months.

If I were you guys I would just apply. I can guarantee you won’t regret working for Matt C. And the CP. great guys who know that pilots are a commodity and not “required equipment”. I would be back there in a heartbeat if they had a spot in places I want to live (and not flying the Jetstream again..lol)
