Anyone who is flying for WheelsUp comment on their impressions of the company provided health insurance?

If I read correctly, it's 100% paid for by company?

The health insurance is fantastic and premiums are 100% covered by the company, as is vision and dental for employees and their families.

Default Competitive Minimums

Good Morning everyone. I thought I read in a forum or possibly the company website for the hiring mins for King Air captain. Of course now I cant find that information. Can anyone tell me if 1000 pic in the king air 350 and 3000 total time would get a look?

Where’d you get the 1000 PIC on the 350? That may make a difference. Our 350s can be a very fast-paced operation.

Ok. We have a few of those guys in the ranks. Throw an app in, your time in type might allow leighway on your relatively low total time.

Direct entry captain mins.
Total Time 3,500
PIC 2,000
MULTI 2,500
MULTI PIC 1,500
TURBINE 2,000
After 12 months the hours drop a little
But like EMAW said it could be adjusted for the right person.

Default GAMA pay SALARY or HOURLY ?

GAMA uses the word "salary" when advertising pay. Do they pay a flat salary regardless of how many hours, days, or trips you work? Or do they actually pay hourly? Any bonus or overtime rate when they tack on extra trips/days at the end of your schedule?
