Current paragon jets PIC
Folks,
I am a current pilot at Paragon Jets
We are flying, everything is good with the FAA, they had minor revisions to our training program... Which happens with every operator,
Paragon jets is actually growing and adding more aircraft, which is not what an operator would do being under serious investigation
Seems like someone is trying to bad mouth paragon, maybe the fact that he missed those issues shows a little about how good of a DO he was...

So how about some information, such as
1. Pay scale for F/O's and Captain's (someone mentioned you have a new scale)
2. Schedule
3. Medical, dental vision benefits? who pays how much?
4. vacation?
5. 401k? matching?
6. How long to upgrade?

Minor revisions to training program?? That's all Dbs1234, just paperwork?? So the fact that both POI and PMI were immediately relieved didn't happen? Or the company having to shut down for a day and fly everyone to TEB for training at FSI didn't happen either?
What about the non-compliance issues the FAA found, guess that didn't happen either? Hmmmm, doesn't sound minor to me.
The fact the former DO submitted paperwork to HR to fire the CP, which we all received a copy of, sounds like he knew the problem and was attempted to correct them.
