Default Tradewind, Boutique or Planesense

Coming back home I was curious what your opinions are about the companies listed.

There is a lot written already here but I am looking for a place to stay till retirement. (Former 135 capt.) Jets and majors are not the goal. Maybe a king air some day..

Planesense has more bases but
I am not sure about the 8/6 schedule.

Tradewind, I would like to fly out of SJU. They are my preference.

Boutique has the best financial package and interesting bases as well.

But which one for the long term?

Hope some longterm pilot from one of the companies can chime in since I am aware it's a stepping stone for most other pilots.

As you probably can guess I am looking for best quality of life and ready to move.

Thanks!

I'd like to add on to this, plus Surf Air. These four companies are all ones I'd like to find and stick around with for a while.

My 2 cents from PS based on your input and concerns.

You want a place to be long term. PlaneSense has been in business 21 years with no evidence of slowing or closing.
The 8/6 is easy at times and a ***** at others.

Good luck with your decision. PS thread has lots of good info if you want it.
