IFR 135 mins. With flex you put yourself on the schedule for as many days as you want (obviously doesn't mean you will be flying that much) kind of a hit or miss. Pay starts at 35k for 1 year contract or 40k for 2 year contract for full time, last I heard the rate for Flex was around $175 a day. I've heard the company is made up of good people tho.

The VFR flex is relatively new. You just need VFR 135 mins. to be considered. With the flex schedule you have to be available a minimum of 24 days a quarter; more is fine. All of your 135 flights will be VFR until you reach 1200 hrs but you can still fly IFR on part 91 trips.

I know that they recently opened a base in BOS. Besides ATL and CHS where are their other bases? Also are they planning on opening a base in DCA or BWI? Do they have vacations, or do you become a Flex pilot for the quarter that you want to have a vacation. Finally I know that you must weigh no more than 200 lbs to apply, what happens if you get hired and your weight goes over 200?

I'd assume that if the weight began to hinder flights because payload was being exceeded you'd lose your job. Or they'd just give you all the skinny people to fly.
