Splitting time/rent in the Houston Area

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a flying buddy I can split time with in the Houston area. I usually rent/fly out of DWH, but I am open to other area airports. If you have access to an plane, or we can rent and split time/cost, please PM me.
I am looking to build about 200 hrs.

It works out to about $60-$65 per hr a piece, wet, for a C172N or P model.
