Sandhills Aviation
I was fortunate enough to interview and get hired with Sandhills. I sent my application when I had less than 300TT.
Interview is straightforward. Basic questions involving the understanding of systems and emergency procedures. If they're interested in you, they'll fly you out to Nebraska and do a flight check.
Pretty good company if you don't plan on going the CFI route. You'll build hundreds of hours PIC in single and multi-engine aircraft. Company takes care of hotel and rental cars. You'll travel around the 48 contiguous states as well as Canada.
If you're looking for a company that will help you get from at least 250TT upwards to 700 or more hours with all of it being PIC then Sandhills is the one.

I took your advice and sent out my resume/application! Thank you for the words of encouragement. I'm starting to find out getting the first job seems to be one of most difficult if you do not flow down the CFI route.

Great! Let me know how it goes.
Getting your first pilot job aside from getting your CFI certificate is very tough; you have all the qualifications, but no experience aside from training.
The best advice I can give you is to apply to low time jobs such as these and other jobs around the 250-500 hour mark. Put your application and resume in and try to establish contact. You may not get the job immediately, but when you gain more experience employers would want to hire someone they're familiar with. Persistence and patience are key in this game.
Best of luck and fly safely.

Curious how it will go.
Just applied at around 510TT 93 multi.
Anyone know if you fly solo or with another group? 1 pilot and a camera operator? or just a pilot. thanks
Might look into applying at Skylens or Landcare etc etc... but id prefer to not be on the road continuously for 7 months through the holidays as my grandpa isn't in the greatest shape so i'm not sure how many more holidays i will be able to spend with him, so that 4 on 2 off schedule looked nice at SH.

If your looking into getting into a survey I highly recommend Williams aerial and mapping or one of their shell companies. The base pay is literally 2x more than Sandhills in addition to over time, insurance, PTO, and 401k. It’s dual pilot so you’ll have a second set of eyes looking out for traffic and making radio calls.
