Do you just apply at their website via the email with résumé attached? Any other special things they look for besides just TT? I saw they had some ads posted on orange site recently saying to reference that ad, C90 wanted 800 and B200 wanted 1000.

I flew for Lifeteam for a while. Good company with good people.

All my flight experience is in mountains. I really could not adjust to flat ground.

May I ask how many hours you applied with, and where you were based? Also, how many hours you flew per month, and what was the schedule like?

I should have said I was there for a short time. Still a good company, hated to leave.

Schedule for captains was 8 on 6 off, I believe for FO it was 10 on, 5 off.

I was in Garden City and hours was something like 40 a month, just depends on how busy it gets.

I was well over minimum hours needed for CAMTS.

Cool, thanks, aligns with buzz that I've heard. Someone posted earlier about them providing housing for commuters, but in your experience did most people just relocate there? Seems like many air evac bases are out in the boonies, so even with 5-6 days off, I'm wondering if many actually commute and how far they have to drive.

There were commuters. For me it was an 11 hour drive on a good day, which really got tiresome doing that twice a week.

There is housing for the commuters when off duty plus different housing when on duty.

I think a lot of the folks relocated to the state if not to the town they were based in.

I wish they would base a plane close to where I live.

Hope this has helped you. If you haven't already, send in a resume.

Do they have CASS or jumpseat with anyone? I don't live anywhere near those bases.

Nothing I was aware of at the time. Send a resume and then ask that same question.

They are big on relocation assistance.

Do you know if this is still available? I am highly interested. The phone number I called on the website didn't work.
