Well based on the two that actually would hire you at 1500, probably Endeavor. Assuming the TA passes, and you live in one of their bases. Everyone praises the AA flows but they still stink, some carriers more than others. Plus even if flow times all average out to a more palatable time across the board, especially with the rotor programs recruiting a lot of helo guys, imagine how many will be straight-up flowing to AA. I don't profess to know how seniority will play out if you flow from a wholly-owned regional up to mainline AA, but I have to imagine the next 5-10 years are going to see a lot of flowing and a lot of really new hires filling the retired guys spots, and then there will be this big chunk of pilots with similar seniority for years, if not decades, and could suck for anyone who flows too late. Now if you live out West, obviously don't commute to Endeavor. Or Envoy, for that matter. I know a guy who got really lucky and managed to commute from California to JFK and got Delta 1 seats pretty much every time, but even then a 6 hour commute each way will stink.
I'm still trying to wade through all the cargo stuff, but frankly if Atlas and Kalitta (not Kalitta Charters) offered a class date at 1500 hours, I'd probably go with one of those. Again, I don't profess to know details but I know and know of guys who are home based, enjoy their QOL, and get lots of widebody jet time. Upgrade times sound like they suck, but you could spend upward of 5 years there making more than regionals and flying heavies, and then start looking at 121 carriers. First year pay is going to be more, though some regional sign-on bonuses might give the illusion that they rival first year pay. But even with those few that offer a yearly retention bonus, second year regional pay falls way short of Atlas and Kalitta.

Interesting poll so far in many respects.
One of which is : Of over 800 views, only 29 of you have responded to the poll itself.
In other words, only some 0.03% of you cared to respond. (?)
Or, another way...MOST of you JDGAF about where you might be able to direct your career progression and/or have no desire to do so or to share those possible "secret plans" with the Forum ?
NAH.
Thanks for the input so far, all.

You have 1500 hrs of what?
Light GA piston time?
1000 hrs turbojet?
1500 hrs military time of which 1200 on a Tanker?
If it’s 1500 hrs little airplane time the Regionals it is.
If it’s 1500 hrs Military heavy Jet it’s Atlas.

1500hrs will only get you hired at 2 of those (the regionals), the other 2 pairs compete with each other in their own segments and need more than 1500hrs to get to (unless you flew military jets).
Out of all those choices, I’d grudgingly say Kalitta or Envoy depending on if you wanted to fly international or not. Endeavor has a fair amount of career stagnation due to its lower % pass rate for the Delta interview and there are strike votes in at the other 3.

Pilots...
Okay, lets try it again.
FORGET ABOUT 1500 HOURS. Sorry I mentioned it.
Here's ALL the info needed to give a simple answer.
It doesn't matter who would or will hire you, or what amount or type of time you have, or WHY they are asking you to the frickin' dance, or what your dog thinks..or anything else.
OKAY?
The above 6 airlines have offered you employment FOR WHATEVER REASON(S).
What choice would you make?
Which one?
Period.
