Where are the bases/hubs located? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Pay is dependent on hub and experience. You do receive a base salary and if you work over 40 hours in a week, then you’ll get OT. So basically if you’re on a deployment or on duty, for more than a 5 day work week, you’ll get OT for any extra days or hours worked. And “working” is as soon as you’re on duty not exactly flight time. So if you’re out on the road, you’re getting paid minimum of 8 hours a day.

I'm not having any luck getting a response after applying, and it seems that they're actively hiring for the Caldwell Idaho location. Anyone have any tips? Seems like it would be a great job. I'm just over 300TT.

Seems like it's all timing, call other bases chief pilots and see whats up. There are a lot of jobs that seem to be filled by internal referrals as openings come up, so I'd just keep my resume in their inbox and call to check in on things, they may tell you "we're getting 1 or 2 more planes in a few weeks we can use you for" and then stay engaged. Just advice from what I've experienced and seen with others.

Main bases I know of are Jax (full on pilots currently), South Carolina/Maryland, Kansas City, Denver/New Mexico, SoCal/NorCal, Texas (3 pilots or so), and Hawaii. There’s a map on the company website to call them. I only know that we in Jax are full.

What is the schedule like for the CRG Jacksonville location? Are you hired into the Tecnam? I've heard 2 on 2 off, but just looking for some clarification. Thanks!

Mando would probably know better as far as the CRG rotations but it’s pretty sporadic with most hubs. Some try to do 2 week rotations, some are as little as a week.

The schedule is very random like I’ve been on the road for 3 weeks now and I expect at least another 2. Other guys are in town a lot. As for the plane essentially yes you need to fly the tecnam but be 180 pounds or less have 25 multi and 250 airplane hours to be hired now.

Maryland schedule is 16 on 8 off. They offer the tecnam, 206, and Navajo.
