Part Time Banner Tow Pilot. Operating PA-18 Supercubs from 47N and 31E, in NJ. Season starts Memorial Day 5/28 and ends on Labor Day 9/3. Must be available ALL weekends and holidays, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Must have Commercial SEL, 2nd class medical and tail wheel endorsement with a minimum 15 Hrs tailwheel time before starting training. We offer a free banner tow training course consisting of 10 hrs ground and 10 hrs dual. Preferably live within 1 hour of 47N or 31E. Position requires the ability to perform ground handling of banner equipment on a daily basis in all weather conditions. We do not currently offer housing, tailwheel instruction or tailwheel time building.
Approximately 250 hours per summer season. Starting hourly flight pay is $27.00 per flight hour. Ground work is paid at $12.00 per hour. Subie if you are in the Atlanta area check out Atlanta Sky Signs. I know nothing about them other than they are currently flying a banner advertising out of my old field KDNL right now. My guess is they do operations in and around the Atlanta area. Their website is broken but they do have a Facebook with a contact email. Good Luck!

I'd find out if you are going to be doing more ground work than flying.. 250 hours a summer? that is 80+ hours a month? or $2160/month or $540/week...


Weekend only flying? What about the rest of the week?

Would also join AOPA and get legal protection...

And make sure the employee isn't paying for any instruction or any damage to aircraft during normal ops...
