Default Time building in Georgia or southeast

I am in the process of trying to build at least 100 - 200 hours as fast as possible. I am currently considering going to Florida to Global Pilot School. They seem to have the best rates around that I can tell especially for a time building program.

Hour Building Programs - Piper Cherokee
Shared Flight Time Duration $50/hour
100 hours 20 days $ 5000
200 hours 40 days $ 10000
300 hours 60 days $ 15000
500 hours 90 days $ 25000

They have the same rates for a 172.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Im in ATL looking at time building opportunities also.... the way to go seems to be getting in on a cheap partnership with 2 or 3 others and flying the balls off a cessna 150 or something.

What’s the ‘shared time’ deal?
“Safety-pilot”?
Questionable and make sure you know what you can and cannot log.
Also make sure your logbooks match.

So, I'm still a few weeks out from this, maybe a month, but I'm trying to buy a Beech Skipper (great condition, fresh annual, IFR, steam gauges), but low useful load so weight is important. I will have the plane at KCRG/Jacksonville, FL and plan to build a few hundred hours as quick as possible. Most likely starting mid-late April. I'm talking flights such as, 0830 launch Jax to Miami for lunch, and back, daily (scenic 7-8hr daily). If interested and around 170lbs or less (cuz I'm a fat 240lb right now), we may be able to make it happen, will be about $40/hr each. May sell block time as well at $80-85/hr, so two light folks could really make it work, but will probably require a 50-100hr block purchase and own rental insurance. Anyways, if interested, hit me up. Trying to get options laid out so when it happens people are lined up. I'm only looking to allow 2, maybe 3, vetted and respectable (loose term with us pilots) people to fly the plane, it is in great shape and I dont want anybody using and abusing it like a ragged out training 172. I am not looking to make money in the deal, but I'm not handing anything out either, since all risk and expense is on my end. I think it will be a great opportunity for the right person.

See my reply, let me know if interested, could work a partnership or flying club type deal, I work 90 days on and 90 off as a defense contractor, could have it up your way for the 90 I'm away working, something to think about.

Where are you at DBLA? I have a buddy who is considering selling his Cherokee 140. If that didn't work, he would probably sell you block time for pretty cheap.
