Please tell me how it is unethical to log instruction when you are giving instruction? OP did not state he was going to log all the flight time as instructor time. Therefore my assumption is that when he gives instruction he will log instruction. End of story. No ethical or legal issues.
Now if he were to ask about logging instruction when he’s a sand bag we have something different.
