Yeah the website says its a CPP and after passing all tests and 18 months you get put into the hiring pool. Im sure that pool is pretty large and without any 121 or turbine time you arent very competitive.

I guess it would be a good Idea for people get into this program and then join a regional and update your resume frequently to make yourself competitive.

That would be awesome. From the research I have done I have found that if you are not a EU citizen and do not start very early there is no chance of getting into Luthansa or KLM

This seems nice... but like he stated above, It is a CPP and you aren't guaranteed a FO spot at United, however you are guaranteed to be placed in the FO hiring pool...

Maybe you have a one up on some certain people or something because of it?

Obviously there is more to it than what is written if CFIs went straight to United FOs at 1500.

I thought about marrying my German friend just so she could sponsor my citizenship, but she told me she gave that up when she join the US Military haha we both had a good laugh at the thought of it all

CPP = Career Path Program

This is a generic term and does not mean a guaranteed flow, guaranteed interview, etc. Each Career Path Program will have different intricacies.

You interview with both the flight school and UAL after you have passed the Hogan Test. It’s a strictly HR interview from United’s side. Then it is exactly as I stated. You can listen to this individual saying, “don’t be fooled” or myself, whom is in the program. Choice is Yours!

So you get to take the Hogan before even setting foot on property at the school? That would be a relief considering I live in Florida and relocation would not be the easiest thing to do

Is this a real opportunity for CFI's at this school? A CPP to Lufthansa... First time that being a dual citizen has ever looked beneficial haha
