Anyone Work for Falcon Aviation Academy?

Is there anyone that currently works or has worked for Falcon Aviation Academy out of Newnan, GA? I'm looking to do my CFI there was wondering how work conditions, pay, hours, fleet was like? I heard 95% foreign students and instructors get 100+ hours per month..how is the pay like?

I flew pipeline for 4 year out of Stockmar, not far away from Newnan. One section of my line started just west of the airport and many times I had to stop in for fuel or to pick up a pipeline rep for a ride along. There were always 3-4 Falcon planes waiting for the runway and others in the air, along with a lot of foreign students on the radio. I was running close to my BFR one year and asked them if they could do a checkride with me, but they were booked for several days. I ended up getting one of their instructor over at Falcon Feld to fly with me the same day and completed my BFR in about an hour (I had already completed the oral portion through the Wings program), I was very happy with how he handled himself. Other than that they seem like a great flight school.

I don't work for Falcon, and would pick up cans on the side of the road before I'd work for them. I received my primary training with them at AHN and my instructor up and left to fly 135. CFI's without contractual obligations move on as soon as they get enough hours. It is fairly common for the Chinese guys in AHN to take out runway lights. A few years ago, one took out a taxi light and took off again while soloing (with a bent prop).

As for a place to get your CFI, they would be acceptable. As an employer, look at somewhere like L3 in Sanford, FL. Money is much better and the fleet is significantly better.
