Multi time building in WA

Hey anybody needing to build some multi time in the Seattle area? I need to build around 15 hours, or where is a good place to rent a cheap multi? Thanks!

I was looking at buying the Travel Air for sale down in Roseburg, OR for $25K, how soon do you need to the 15?
