Anyone looking to time build

Hi guys, new to the site and looking to do some time building. I'm located in South Florida near Fort Lauderdale, But I also have flight benefits and can travel out of state fairly easy to anyone who has access to plane with decent rates. :)

What do you consider a “decent rate”?

To me, anything at or less then 85/HR wet when the cost is split for a C172 for example

Time building secrets

Not trying to blast advertising but I recently wrote an article on how I was able to build my time. If your willing to do some grunt work and earn your place it is possible to build time with almost no cost out of your pocket.

I'm flying survey, but on my off time I may be looking to build time, I'm in Northeast FL but the only 172s I know of are 120+/hr. I would be down to split 20-30 hours in August if you line it up for one of those 85/hr or less spots.
