I have not heard great things. I have a friend there who went through the program and is now somewhat stuck. He signed the contract got his CFI and has been working there for close to a year. He is about 100 hours short of what he needs for the airlines and his flying has slowed to a trickle (think 10 hours/month). He’s mentioned it to scheduling multiple times that he needs more students as his have finished checkrides and hasn’t been given any. They’ve told him to get his CFI-I which would cost another several thousand or extend the contract neither of which are appealing. They also have a no compete in the contract making working elsewhere almost impossible without the fear of legal action or getting canned. I have never worked for Falcon but from what I have heard I would pay very close attention to the contract you’re required to sign.
