Default Duty Day Question

As far as I understand it, there are no duty day limits for part 91 pilots (aside from part 91K fractional operations).

CFI’s have the stipulation of no more than 8 hours of flight training given during a 24 hour period.

91.13 states no one may operate in an aircraft in a careless or reckless manner, which could include flying while tired, but it doesn’t provide explicit restrictions and allows the pilot to decide how much they can handle.

So unless I‘m missing something, it would be perfectly legal for someone to flight instruct for a couple hours at night after already performing 8 hours of part 91 commercial flying during the day (such as towing banners or flying skydivers). Am I missing anything or does this sound about right to everyone else?

A hypothetical schedule would be: fly skydivers from 8:00-17:00 finishing your day with 8 hours logged. Come home, eat dinner/rest and then teach one lesson as a CFI at night logging anywhere from 1-3 more hours

Yes, you could however, have an incident, the 91.13 might be thrown at you depending on circumstances.
