Split Rental/Safety Pilot -KFDK Frederick, MD

I'm looking to build more time. I fly out of KFDK in Frederick, MD. I usually rent out a Cessna 152, 172, or the Diamond DA-40. I can fly safety pilot for pilot looking to build instrument time under the hood.
