Looking for Safety Pilot/split costs
 
Does anyone know of any great time-building programs and oropportunities for pilots looking to purchase block time around Texas, or any southern states? And what rates ? I am in search of someone in these locations to split costsin a C-172. Currently residing in Portland, Oregon. Willing to commute and travel to get my hours done. Looking for 50-100 Hours of block time. Thank you!

Other than CFI's & safety pilot time only, IDK how two certificated pilots can long flight time simultaneously in an aircraft that requires only one pilot.
