Hey bud-

I have similar time and licenses. I can suggest that Aviain flight center in Bremerton is probably hiring for line service but you might be able to work some CFI stuff into that. I currently do not have my CFI. Other than that out here there really isn't anything i have been looking for the last three summers for a job. I have tried kapowisan, and snohomish for skydivers they want 500 you might try Kenmore airexpress for the FO program. I would do that but i have one more semester of college.

Kenmore Air's FO program has been known to take low time guys, but recently they have hired FO's around 800 hours since they make quicker upgrades. I would suggest Seaport Air, I hear they hire low time guys, but you may have to move to Portland or possibly Memphis. I did all my training at Avian flight center at KPWT, I just talked with the Chief Pilot there the other day and they will probably hire a CFI or two this summer, but you may have to work the line part time too as part of that gig. Another low time gig is Paul Tosch's traffic watch gig out of BFI, but I don't know of any contact information for him. My advise would be to start showing up at places and dropping off resume's. Good luck!

For Seaport Air, do they require that you are already rated in seaplanes?

-Edit nevermind, I see they operate the PC-12.

Seaport might be a little hard to get on with those hours. I am originally from Washington state and quickly found that there isn't much there. This is down the road as you need 135 mins (1200 hours) but I would look into Air Pac or AeroFlight out of Boeing Field. I tried to get on with them but they were not hiring when I applied last year.

SeaPort does not have Seaplanes. But they do require high mins. Not much opportunity with them I have tried. Any one know anything else about this traffic gig here in Seattle? PM me if you do. Even if you don't have contact info maybe you know where he flys out of.

hey do you have any more information on that? is it full time? know who i can call? ive worked line at a few different airports. its a better job than painting houses, and its something to do when you don't have the mins to fly.

I know of a couple of flight schools that have hired recently. Are you a CFI? If not, have you considered becoming one?

Western WA has lots of very qualified aviators looking for something to do. Don't give up, but also don't be surprised if the only gigs accessible to you right now require a CFI.

Just got a return E-mail from Paul Tosch. He is not hiring at this point due to the lack of flow through. He said he would keep my info though. Not holding my breath
